While the majority of our parts are manufactured using the photochemical machining (PCM) process (a burr-free, stress-free, strain-free process that can blank parts in any temper of material), we also supply parts produced by more conventional processes such as stamping, laser cutting, and wire EDM.  We also provide secondary services such as forming, heat treating, plating, and non-destructive testing.
